Hi, I'm Boris.

I started Big & Small Home Maintenance because I believe looking after your home shouldn’t be stressful. My goal is simple: turn up when I say I will, communicate clearly and leave your property better than I found it.

Big & Small was inspired by three very special dogs who taught me empathy, reliability and the importance of showing up every day.

Whether it's a regular lawn service, an overgrown property reset, pressure cleaning or general handyman work, my goal is simple: turn up when I say I will, communicate clearly and leave your property looking better than I found it. I don't try to be the biggest property maintenance company in Brisbane. I simply aim to be the business my customers are happy to recommend to friends and neighbours.

I'm based in Belmont and proudly help homeowners, landlords, and property managers across Belmont, Wakerley, the Redlands and surrounding suburbs.

Whether you're preparing a property for sale or rent, settling into a new home, catching up on maintenance, or simply wanting everything looking its best again, a Property Reset is tailored to your property's needs.


Every property is different, so a reset may include outdoor maintenance, pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning, green waste removal, minor repairs, or other services that improve the presentation, safety and overall condition of your property.


Once your property has been reset, we can also provide ongoing maintenance to help keep it looking its best.

I specialise in lawn maintenance, property resets, garden clean-ups, pressure cleaning, rubbish removal, general handyman work and rent-ready/sale-ready presentation and repairs. 

If it's outside my scope, I'm happy to recommend the right professional.

While I'm based in Belmont, I regularly service Belmont, Cannon Hill, Wakerley, Birkdale, Victoria Point, Wynnum, Capalaba and surrounding Redlands suburbs.

Yes. All quotes are free, and many can be provided from photos. Larger or more complex jobs may require a site visit.

Yes. Big & Small Home Maintenance is fully insured for your peace of mind.

🏡 Do I need to be home?

Not always. If I have access to the property and understand what's required, I can complete many outdoor jobs while you're at work.

🌱 What if my property is completely overgrown?

That's exactly what Property Resets are designed for. I'll safely bring the property back under control and then help you keep it that way with ongoing maintenance if needed.

🗑️ Can you remove green waste?

Yes. I can remove green waste, general rubbish and unwanted items as part of many jobs.

⚠️ What if the job is outside your expertise?

I'll always be honest. If something requires a licensed trade or specialist, I'll let you know and point you in the right direction.
